A: The duration varies based on individual goals and needs. On average, clients engage in coaching for three to six months, with regular sessions scheduled weekly or bi-weekly. Flexibility is key to accommodate diverse schedules.

5. Q: Are the sessions done virtually or in-person?

A: Coaching is for everyone! While I use the term Leadership, I use in the sense that we are all leaders in our lives.
